Who we are

Based in Brazil and starting the activities in January 2008, the SKRASH! Drawings was born with the dissolution of the former D9 Arts Group for art for sales in eBay. With the proposal of producing illustrations for the Comic Book market and original arts for sales in auctions and commissioned drawings, our group, as well as the former D9 Arts Team, plans to develop and test the comics as a form of art and believing, above all, that the ninth art is still the best place to explore new ideas.

Our goal is, enhance the fan producing the best artworks that would like to see, producing the best comics who would like to read. Caring for the ninth art that is the best place where you would like to be. So...

Luis XIII

Penciller. Founder of the former D9 Arts, Luis XIII has began its development as a penciller after the then known professional Comic Artist, Al Rio, since around 1998. In the same period, experienced the art of numerous others professionals through comic books, Taking as its greatest influences, in addition to Al Rio, Carlos Pacheco and Claudio Villa.

In 2005 together with his friend Jean Sinclair, He started the sale of auctions and original arts for sites ebay and comic art community. Currently continues to work with drawings and illustrations of original drawings for collectors these same sites and search work with comics to consolidate himself on the Comic market.

Jonathan Lima

Penciller. A videogame fan, Jonathan Lima has always been involved with drawings and therefore was influenced, between a game and another, by artists and concept designers of large producers among which is the CAPCOM and SNK than other groups and designers. His interest in comics only started in 1997 after knowing the drawings of Rick Leonardi, Joe Madureira and Jim lee. In 1998 met his partner and old friend Luis XIII and They could share his interest in comics.

In the year of 2005 He was associated to the D9 Arts Group for auctions and art for sale. He´s been doing this until now, in addition He´s studying and planning Sequential pages with the goal to get a future comic book job.

Samuel B. Fonseca

Penciller and inker. Samuel Fonseca had its first experience with comics already in 1998, with the Para-Troop comic book. From that moment was between small produtions and illustrations of original arts for fans and freelancer jobs. Despite always look for an artwork more realistic, it is in the cartoonish style that he feels more at ease. Today, as has influences Bruce Timm, Simon Bisley, Ed McGuiness, Eric Canete, Mike Mignola. Besides cartoonists such as Brian Lee O'malley, Derek Kirk Kim, Jeff Smith, Jon Morris.

At the beginning of 2007 He has joined the team D9 Arts for sales of arts and originals. After the dissolution of the group, joined the Luis XIII and Jonathan Lima for the creation of Skrash Drawings for art and comic books.
